Cool Deleting

To All:
I have a Axim x30 high and have installed several programs that I have since deleted....but I cannot remove the icons from the menus and programs screens......any help is appreciated.

Im pretty sure that you have to delete those manually check out the installing, running, and uninstalling programs sticky.

To remove shortcuts, which are eensy weensy little text-based files (hardly worth fussing over, compared to all the big DLL files and other garbage you've likely left lying around by manually deleting programs), just browse to the \Windows\Start Menu and subfolders and delete them with a tap&hold | Delete | Yes, I am bloody well sure.

Using the Add/Remove Programs applet can do a much better job. S_K's Remover or S_K Tools will go a lot further, as will MemMaid apparently.

Space Reclaimer will also remove dead icons as well as some other items.
