I seem to recall going through this process myself, and I think it was a matter of granting my user Admin rights to complete the process.

Clear your cashe totally all cookies, etc. by going to start, find and remove all the content in the Temorary IE files... you will have to sign in on the web site after restarting browser. That should work if you have already gotten down the admin. part.

Hi-
Where does it say it's not activating, on your PC or your Axim? If it's your Axim then there must be connection that's taking place...

Do you know if your Axim can connect to the internet when it's in it's cradle/ connected? You can check this out by going to IE on your Axim and goto a web site by going thru that top button on Dell (that one where there's a few buttons and Avantgo is on the bottom if you know where I mean). I can usually browse the Internet/ ebay specifically by doing this... if you are having a problem doing that then your Axim isn't communicating with your browswer on your computer. Then what? Well, check your port settings, it should be set to 80 I believe.

I've found an easy way to browse the internet while I'm at work w/o the boss knowing! Let me know what you get, good luck!
