Ordered mine last Saturday.
Dell phoned on Wednesday asking to deliver it on Thursday :D
Had to make it Friday, though, but didn't wait four hours before switching it on. (Just what is that nonsense all about??)
I got the 300MHz version, though. I have no desire for a cradle, clock speed difference is so small as to have no practical effect (a doubling of clock speed is the minimum I would pay money for, and anyway, I read a review that stated there was no actual difference in speed at all) and I like the extra 80ukp in my pocket

. My only slight concern is if there is any difference in useability due to memory sizes, though outboard memory should make that insignificant to, I would have thought.
Oh, and finally, the price on Saturday was 198ukp, on Monday it was 208ukp :D :D
It seems a very nice piece of kit, though it's difficult to know as my 8 year old daughter likes to monopolise it - she's sitting on my lap now surfing the net with the Axim connected via USB to this laptop which is connected by cable ethernet to the desktop acting as internet server. (Wireless networking hardware is arriving Monday :) )
