I ordered a Dell X30 high, from Canada mind you, and after I recieved an order number. When I went to the site, it said that I would be able to check my order status within 24 hours. Well 24 hours have come and gone and it still is not telling me the status. Is this normal or should I e-mail Dell?

Exact same thing happened to me. Give it a few more days and then see. If you are really anxious, give Dell a call just to make sure the order went through and that there are no problems.

Well it is all good now. Just checked this mourniong and it had already been through all the steps and shipped.
