Owner information

On the Today screen, the owner is mentioned.

The owner, however, can be easily changed. Is there a way to protect this owner information, so that another person cannot easily change this?

I don't mean a general password or so for everything, just for the owner info.

If the PPC is unprotected then this information can be changed. There are 3rd party apps that will display the owner information while the PPC is locked. Omega One's 1-Pass will do this.
