Sync Problems

I've had my Axim for about 3 months now and I just love it. However, I've noticed that when I place my Axim in the cradle it won't always sync. It seems to get hung up and then I get an error message saying I'm not connected. I've checked all my cables and I've also made sure that my Axim is securely placed in the cradle. Has anyone else had this problem?

Sometimes you need to soft-reset the Axim or reboot your PC. Sometimes people even get the error that the "USB device is not reconized"

Thanks joellw135.........I forgot to mention in my original post that I have done the soft reset and also rebooted. I have also gotten the error message that the USB device is not recognized. I'm glad to know that this isn't a major problem.

I have found that I need to reboot every few days, I don't know what causes it but i have a theory. I transfer a lot of files on and off the Axim, the more files I transfer the more problems I have with ActiveSync. I went on vacation, and didn't work for three weeks and not one reboot or soft-reset. I don't know if my theory holds water, but it seems correct. Why I can't say!
