I'm wondering if there are any websites that have "streamable" TV channels or videos that can be streamed using wifi at my campus, kind of like the files that are on the Windows Media section of the msn mobile website. do I have to have cable tv to be able to do that?

Also, as you stream a large file, once a portion of it has be played is it deleted, or do they pile up until the entire file has be downloaded? I realize that this might not make sense, but I will appreciate any help.

Also, i have another question. Is there something close to a Java Development Kit for Pocket PC? or at least a compiler and a textpad? What I'm looking for is a way to write java programs on my Axim.
