Question is it possible: 2 alarms for the same event?

I like to asign 2 alarms to an appointment, like this f.e.:

28-ago: Dentist 8am-9am

Reminder alarm1: 27-ago 22:00
Reminder alarm2: 28-ago 07:00

How can I do this? I only see the way to asign 1 reminder. Is this possible with some add on program?

Thanks a lot!

Make a new appointment and set it to remind you 9 hours in advance, then when it goes off, snooze it for 8 hours.

Ok that means the 1st reminder would be a 11pm (2300hrs) but the WM2003SE's reminder dialog isn't as programmable as Outlook's

He is right you will have to snooze the first one to be able to have two alarms

It is not exactly what I was especting but it seems that WM2003 is very limited in this area. Is there another program that can give me this function with less pain than the sugested workarround?

You can check Pocket Informant features. It may be available. I asked the Expert at work and it is not available in Exchange/Outlook either. What program and version are you using to get this feature?

I have not found a way to do it yet, that is why I asked. It is extrange, I was thinking that a robust program like Oulook 2003 had this feature though.

I checked again with the administrator and no this feature doesn't exist even with Outlook 2003. I guess it would create too much confusion into the program to handle multiple alarms for one event.

Well, I will have to learn to live with it. I miss a vibrator function in the X30 also, but that is another topic.
