Been waiting three weeks (since Feb 11th) and it FINALLY arrived 2 hours ago. I'm watching it charge on my desk top this very moment (sheer torture).
Can't remember the posters by name, but want to thank them for advising me to cancel my original order and re-order without the accessories. It worked like a champ, cancelled on the 27th and made it to my door in 5 days (including the weekend). Also have to say that the Dell rep (Brian) was super helpful with everything.
Thanks again to all those who offered welcome advise (you know who you are) and will get back here to join in the discussions.
