MTW

What format do these programs recognize. I have a couple of E-books in .lit,
.txt and .pdf format, what should I use. Also I have a few film clips, what format does MS Media Player use and is there software to convert them?

MSReader only opens .lit files. You can convert a word document to .lit with a free addin for Word 2000/2002 from Microsoft.

Palm's reader can read .pdb files and some others. There is a version for PPCs at their site.Peanut Press

Haali reader can read a lot more, but not .lit Haali.

Media player I will defer to a multi-media fanatic for you, I know it plays .wma and .mp3, maybe .wav. Don't know about film clips. I used PocketTV for the one clip I experimented with.

I'm not a media fanatic exactly, but I have tried playing a couple different film clips on WMP. It will play mpeg and wmv (windows video). It won't play avi.
I have heard PocketMVP is the best other player out there, which does more file formats, but I couldn't find that it played wma and I prefer that for sound on my Axim.
