Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but I have
a USB Flash Drive and I was wondering if there is
someway that I could access my data from that USB
Flash Drive directly on my PDA?

Sorry, you can't. USB ports are either controllers (masters) or devices (slaves). Your PC is a controller. Your Ax is a device. There is a CF card that acts as a USB controller, but buying an expensive card probably isn't exactly what you had in mind.
