I downloaded the Battery Pack program to my desktop like other items I have installed but I get a message stating that Windows does not know what program created it. Can anyone help me get this program onto my AXIM? Thanks in advance.

What is the format of the downloaded file? .EXE or .ZIP? If it's a .EXE, you should be able to run it from your desktop. If it's a .ZIP file, you'll first have to extract the contents to a folder, using WinZIP or something similar, then run the resulting SETUP.EXE file.

The file on my desktop is BattOL.EXE so it is not a ZIP problem, any other ideas? Bob

try downloading once more. there is a good chance that the file got corrupted during the download.
