A newbie not only to Axim, but also Pocket PCs. My company uses Outlook with several Contacts sub-folders. I notice that ActiveSync does not allow synchronizing Outlook sub-folders (other than Inbox). I downloaded Intellisync (trial), but it combined all the sub-folders into a single contacts list in the Axim (organized by category with many duplicates). The solution seems to be categorizing all the contacts in all the company's Contact sub-folders before synchronization, but this is prohibitive. Any suggestions as how to get the sub-folders into Axim??

I don't know if this will help you, but CE uses catagories to separate contacts. In Windows Outlook, catagores is in the bottom right of the contact detail screen. Outlook gives you some catagories, or you can make up your own. Of course, that's not the same as subfolders.... :(
