My company uses Lotus Notes, not Microsoft Outlook. Is there anyway to download the calendar appointments, tasks, meetings, etc. to the Axim?

Not natively. There are some third party tools to do that, though. I have used Commontime's Cadenza mNotes. It looks like a Notes replicator to the pc, so Notes works well with it. Here's the link. Commontime They have a trial version you can run for a while to see if you like it.
