How do you turn on the cap lock when typing on the on screen keyboard?

Frenchy there is NO cap lock button on the left side of my on screen key board. On the left side I have the following:
123
Tab
Shift - which does not lock the caps on
Ctl

If the keyboard on your x30 is anything like mine, there is also a key that says CAP on the left hand side between Tab and Shift. See my screen shot attached.

Are you using the North American keyboard?

First go to the right bottom of the screen(where the keyboard Icon is), click on options, uncheck the "Large Keys" block, that will take you back to the "small keys" which has the cap lock. I also keep mine on large keys when I use it (which is seldom, I love TenGo's keyboard).
