When I go to the programs folder and select the games folder, on top of the regular game icons I now have an icon called "icon" that can't be run and has the same picture as the games folder.

I have looked around everywhere, Windows/shortcuts/games and I can not find where that icon is coming from.

Has anyone had the same thing happen and how did you end up getting rid of it.

Sorry if this doesn't make sense. I was having a hard time trying to describe it

You mean \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Games ?

Had the same thing and I did a soft reset and it is gone now, I dont know and I dont care where it went.

I mean Start to Programs to Games and the Icon is there....

but File Expolrer\Windows\etc..... and I can't find it.

This means I can't delete it or move it because I can't find it.

ok...i tried a soft reset and it didn't help

this isn't a big deal but still kinda would like to know why or how it got there

You need to use file explorer, go to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Games and delete the file.

I copy and paste not paste short cut. The icon is then real not program looking.:)
