Help please,

Just got my new Axim - dead impressed. BUT!

got it working Ok, sync'd to my desktop and got a copy of my outlook info - all worked ok.

Next added some new apointments on the axim, re-sync'd - all ok!

Next added some new contacts on the Axim and then the contacts disapeared. Won't load sither from the start menu or from the button, just get a bleep and nothing happens. Used switcher but contacts is not open (ie not invisible).

Tried a re-sync & all new data copied ok, so it's in there somewhere just can't see it.

Probably me doing sothing really stupid but I'd appreciate any help thanks!

Check to see that you are not filtering by category. At the top left of the contacts screen make sure All contacts is showing.

but I can't get a contacts screen, contacts does not load at all.

With only the today screen, hit the contacts button, bleep then nothing.

Tap the start menu, select contacts, bleep, nothing! ????

Did a reset - all data present & correct!

FYI: There is a known issue with Contacts and the Switcher Bar. If you close contacts using the Switcher Bar while viewing a contact, Contacts will not load until you do a soft reset.

I'll bear this in mind in the future.

Just a suggestion to the moderators - it would be really useful to have a "known issues"/fixes page on this forum.

Otherwise excellent site keep up the great work!
