After I hit the button and take my x30 out of the cradle, activesync is still listed as a running program. When I try to close it, I get the little "this program is not responding..." message and have to tell it to close anyway. What am I doing wrong?

I get the same response. I usually just close it and Activesync logs off. It runs on my axim after I take it off the cradle.
