OK, I figured out my problem trying to load games to Axim. When I clicked 'download' for hearts/reversi, I opted to 'Save' instead of 'Open'. I went back and did the 'Open' thing and we're in business. I now have Hearts, Reversi, Snowed In, in addition to the pre-installed Solitaire.

Thanks to all who attempted to help me. Since I pulled my head out, I've got a handle on it now, I think. Now I just need to figure out how to get the ebooks on the Axim.

As for getting the ebooks onto your Axim...

When you installed ActiveSync, it may have created a directory under your "My Documents" folder called "Pocket_PC My Documents". (If not, open ActiveSync, click on Options, then enable Files syncing.) The Pocket_PC folder is where you would place any files you might want to be placed on your Axim, like ebooks, images, etc. That'll do it...

Don't feel bad...look at all you learned by figuring it out on your own! Now you will feel more comfortable installing apps on your Axim.

Somewhere along the way getting Reader activated or installed I got a folder called My Library. I just drag and drop, and there they are. I think it was when I bought a copyrighted book, and they are ANAL about only the registered user being able to open it!
