Cool Dark screen display

Recieved my new X5 on friday after only placing the order on monday..........very good lead time. Is the display always so dark without the back light on ????

heh, what do you mean? the back light is the light in the back, you can just lower the brightness if you want a lesser backlight but yeah you turn the backlight off and theres no light. hehe
