Can't get to contacts

I'm seeking some help on getting to my contacts list. I had no trouble putting in new contacts or downloading the list from Outlook on desktop. Now when I click on Contacts or hit the Contacts button nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone know how to fix this?

Had the same problem one....just hit the reset button on the left side of the axim (you have to use your stylus)....this does not erase anything....is just like a hard reboot. Worked for me. Hope this helps.

Apperantly if you close out contacts with a task manager while you are entering or editing a contact this will happen and you will have to reset to get contacts back. .

GoBucks08 I think what you did was a soft reset, not a hard reset. The button under the record button on the side is a soft reset button. It's roughly equivalent to CTRL-ALT-DEL on the PC. The hard reset function resets to factory condition and you lose all the data. Just didn't want you to get confused if someone talks to you about one or the other.
