Removing a Screen Protector

I purchased a screen protector from Dell (ordered it with my x50v). I applied it on the screen and its great, but I left 2 or 3 bubbles. how do i properly remove it without scratching the screen?

You can use the tip of your stylus to get under the edge of it. Also, a toothpick or a qtip with the end cut off can work. Just be careful you don't put too much pressure on the screen when removing it

Something I do before I install a screen protector is cut a very small piece off of the bottom left corner. This gives me a small area that I can get my stylus under and lift up the screen protector.

How do you like Dell's screen protectors? Many have not card for them in the past so I am curious if they chose a new company to purchase from. If you find you don't like them I would recomend Brando Screen protectors. I use one and it has lasted me for months.

The only other thing I can add is to use scotch tape on a corner, press and pull. It will take a few tries but it does work for me.

Found that you have to be very gentle with the "credit card" used to smooth out the bubbles. Got to throw 1 away because of the scratches when applying.

Mine last about 2-3 weeks max. And I hate having to change them!!!

Welcome to the site.

I recomend the Brando sreen protectors. Mine has been on my Axim for months. Not a bad deal when you spread the cost out over that long of time.

Hey, I figured out an awesome, easy way to remove my Belkin screen protector - slide an index card under it!!! Easy as pie.
