I will be unable to use my axim for about 2 months, so it will in a box with no one touching it.

First off, is inactivity for this long dangerous?

Second, should I keep the batter in or take it out?

Third, is there a chance I will lose my memory?

Umm. I would take the battery out. You shouldn't be losing any data but Activesync it or backup data on to a memeory card, just in case! Hope this helps!!!!
