The files on your card are permanent until you change them so they wont change. what you will back up is your system files,and you can save it to one of your cards, in the event something goes wrong you can restore back to your original configuration.There is a backup utility built in on your axim,that allows you to choose where to store your backup such as BIS,SD,Cf card.Its sought of like system restore that is found in Window's ME and XP.:approve:

You should be careful deleting empty temp files. You are releasing the ether from the Ethernet and pretty soon it won't be able to catch anything. Fill those temp files first and protect valuable ether supplies for future generations.
