Hello guys,

I need some help to upgrade a friend's Palm Vx to Axim, she needs to transfer all her data from her Palm Vx to the new Axim I convinced her to buy.

I think the best way to do it is to transfer the info from the Palm Vx to Outlook and then from Outlook to the Axim.

Please help!!

that is the easiest way, transfer all her stuff from the Palm Desktop app to outlook (you can use the export feature) then sync outlook with the axim

Yup - best solution is to sync to Outlook with the Palm PDA and then back to Axim PDA.

Alternatively Intellisync can do the trick but not a cheap program:

That is what I had to do when I upgraded from a Palm M500 to my Axim X50!!! Worked great for me

Thank you guys! You are the best! I'll try that.

The problem is the Palm Vx CD is not available and I dont know of any free options to get the Palm Vx info out to outlook. (PocketMirror apparently does it one way only from Outlook to Palm)
