Question axim and new computer

Hi,
Please forgive me for having to ask some silly questions but, I'd rather ask the experts instead of tinkering around & screwing things up...

I have an Axim parterned with a computer I am no longer going to use. I bought a new computer that I want to use the Axim with.

I know that I will have to install Active Sync on my new computer. But, after that, I am lost. Once Active Sync is installed, will I have to do anything proir to connceting my Axim in the cradle in order for it to work with the new computer it is going to be partnered with?

Should I expect OR, better yet, can I avoid any potential problems with software that I have installed on my Axim with my old computer? Or, will this all be taken care of when the AX is sync'd the first time on the new PC?
FYI...So far, the only two things I have installed on my Axim are:

Flash Format
Battery Pack

Thanks for your help!!

You should have no problems at all. I used my Axim with my laptop and my old destop. Then I upgraded my desktop, so I had to reinstall everything. All that happened was I had two partnerships set up, and it had to delete one before it could create a new one on my new desktop. That was it.

Thanks...I was worried that I might need to do something to the Axim itself before the first sync. But, since I don't have two partnerships (as in your case), then I'll be good to go. Thanks again for the info!!
