Wahern,
All you have to do is click the Input Selection arrow (same as you use to change from Block Recognizer to Keyboard to Transcriber). There is a new option under there for the pockettop keyboard. In the pockettop options, you can choose which way to rotate the screen. Every time you rotate, it will have to soft-reset your Axim. Not a big deal, but takes a little more time. But for free, you can't complain.
I have the driver for the Dell folding keyboard installed on my Axim X5. If I install the Pocketop Keyboard Driver (to get the nifty landscape mode), will the two drivers live in harmony without one stepping on the other? I'd love to hear from someone who has actually done this. I'd hate to install the Pocketop driver only to find that my Dell folding keyboard won't work anymore.

1) It's free
2) Doesn't need the keyboard to work
3) It's right on this site
hope this helps

i did that, its pretty cool, but when its in landscape mode, part of the screen has nothing on it, and you have to reset every time you change it from landscape to portrait

Well, I answered my own question. I bit the bullet and installed the Pocketop Keyboard Driver (to get screen rotation) on my Axim which already had the Dell Foldable Keyboard driver install.
Thankfully, no conflicts that I have found so far. I can still use my Dell folding keyboard. <phew!>
Originally posted by EastBayGuy Yes, indeed it would. But just in case of that event, I did a full backup of my Axim with ActiveSync prior to installing the Pocketop driver.
If I hadn't done that, then of course the CPU Gods would have looked at me without favor and they would have caused conflict and strife in my Axim. :D
LMAO!! Sounds like you have about the same luck as me on a usual basis.

I installed the Pocketop driver no problem. When I click the button to rotate the screen, it says the driver is not active and it will reset the machine. When I click Yes, it does the reset but does not rotate the screen. Go and try it again - same result. Opened up the input menu settings and clicked on options and I get the About Pocketop display but no options to set.
I removed memory card and WiFi card and reinstalled. Same result.
