I use Outlook at home and at work. While at work, I mark completed tasks on my PC. I always sync my Axim before I leave for the day. However, it continues to keep all of my task as incompleted. And when I sync at home it dumps those tasks into outlook as incompleted and overdue. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for the help!

On both PC's check the Activesync Options>Rules about how to handle syncs. Also check the Settings for your Tasks.
