I have setup in Outlook subfolders for Contacts. Intellisynch allows me to synch those folders. But how can I create the subfolder structure under Contacts in Pocket Outlook? I see that emails using Activesynch will keep the same subfolder structure. But Contacts do not appear under the Activesync structure.

I would greatly appreciate any advice.....Thanks so much

I don't think you can sync folders under the main contact folder. I admit I haven't tried to do that, but I have heard others say it cannot be done. However, you can create categories in Outlook and then the categories transfer to the Axim so you can filter the address book there by categories to have the contacts you want show and others hidden. Of course, they are all in the same folder, but the effect is the same, almost.

You don't have to create catagories one at a time. You can highlight all the contacts in a subdirectory then assign them to a catagory.
