1.. Where is the @ symbol on the keyboard that displays on the bottom of the screen?

2.. How do I get rid of the Keyboard on the bottom of the screen from displaying. when looking at my programs it wasnt there before but now its there and I dont know how to make it go away.

1) While the keyboard is open press the shift key and its where the number 2 was

2) To make the keyboard go away just press the keyboard icon, the same one that you pressed to get it open, the one that looks like a keyboard in the lower right hand side of the screen.

A lot of times the keyboard opens up by itself when you select a text field to fill in. Then it's up to you to close it, sometimes getting it out of the way to see the "Continue" or "Next" button you need to click on.

If you want it never to open there's a little freeware called ZeNoKeyboard that you set as the input method in Settings so you'd have to click on the keyboard icon and select keyboard from the list to open a virtual keyboard. This is especially handy if you use a real keyboard for input.

beezel you do know we have more than one forum here don't you. I'm moving this to the PDA/Newbie forum.
