basically typing notes on Outlook Express and trying to synch it directly into "notes" on the Axim. what's the best way to do this?

i did it fine the first time or two. Then I made the mistake of changing stuff on both. This confuses active sink. I check the boxes that i want to sink. I also change which ( the pc or the unit) is going to be the master. So far so good. I back up both before I do any sinking. I lost all notes once.
