I love my Axim but I recently and regretfully was forced to begin syncing with Groupwise (Outlook previously). I am using Groupwise PDA which helps but here is my problem:

WHen I make an appt or a change (delete an appointment or update address) on my Axim out in the field and then return to the office and hook up, it does not update the GW calendar without doing a FULL sync. Also, if the Axim was plugged in and I made a change on the GW calendar, it would automatically update the Axim... Previously, I would plug in the Axim and it would make the changes either way. I want those easy days back. DO I still have to have Micrsoft Activesync on my computer? What good is it?? It does not seem to do a thing when I place the Axim in the cradle....

Any suggestions out there?
