I need some help with synching. My axim synchs , but changes the time of the appointments by two hours and changes the time on my pda by two hours. Also, the files synching runs for wver without completing. I love the unit and its screen is great. I just need it to work correctly so I can keep it.

Make sure the timezone is set to the same on the Desktop and Axim. The Axim's clock is updated every time you sync. The common time is GMT, so if your timezone is wrong on either machine it will make the Axim change.
