can I partially sync contacts with outlook?

Hi, I am embarassed to admit that I have had my Axim for 6 weeks now and have not yet sync'd it. I just got Outlook installed on my computer and transferred all of my Outlook Express contacts to it. The problem is, I have been using the same e-mail account at work for years and years, and I had Outlook Express set to automatically save e-mail addresses for people I e-mail with. So I have hundreds of very old contacts whose names I don't even recognize, and if I do recognize them, I am sure that their info is way out of date.

So, I am afraid that if I sync, my Axim contacts will get cluttered up with all of this junk info. Do I have to sit and manually clean out my Outlook contacts before sync'ing? Or is it possible to tell the Axim not to copy Outlook contacts when sync'ing? Also, I would love to put the contact info that is on my Axim into Outlook (because I've put some new contacts into the Axim), but is such a "one-way" sync possible?

Thanks!

Lisa

If you put the contacts in categories you can pick what categories get transfered. Or you can choose not to sync contacts at all
