Is Pocket Outlook installed?

I have an Axim 30 and am just starting to explore its capabilities. All of the literature that I received 'in the box' indicates that it has Pocket Outlook pre-installed however I am unable to locate it under Start>Programs. Does it exist as a separate application (eg like Word and Excel do) or is it incorporated in a very basic format under the 'Start' menu, eg Calendar, Contacts, Messaging?
Thank you in adavance.

When you click on the option New at the bottom of the screen you can add contacts, appointments and Meetings. The calendar is available (will pop-up) if you press the calendar button on the Axim (the first one to the left)
