I installed a trial program and now want to delete it. I went through the process of removing a program but was left with two folders and one .dll file. When I try to delete these separately through File Explorer I get a message saying 'Cannot delete ... Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and the file is not currently in use'

I've closed everything down and as far as I can see the file isn't in use. How can I delete these remaining folders and file?
