I dunno, I have this urge to get a GPS even though I never go anywhere. Kinda have that concept that I would have good reason to explore a bit if I were to get a GPS.

So, before I buy one from buygpsnow for about $70 does anyone have a CF gps for sale? CF, bluetooth, serial... well... I dont really want a serial one unless its cheap (A LOT more work to get it to work with the x50). I don't really have a preference on generation or chipset, as long as I can eventually figure out where I am.

Limit is $50 unless you offer something that costs more but somehow ends up being worth it.

Why $50? New CF gps is $40ish, Bluetooth ones are about $80.

Just to note one thing, most CF GPS units that are decent are more than $40ish, that is only that cheap one from Geeks.com that is $40.... Bluetooth ones are in the low $100s.

Anyhow, I can give you an offer. I have a Haicom HI-405BT (S Version) Bluetooth GPS that I would be willing to sell. You can see the specs on it here: http://www.haicom.com.tw/hi_405bt.shtml#

This is a good GPS, and it is pretty much brand new (i have used it about once and it has everything it came with originally and the unit looks brand new with no wear marks or scratches).

The one thing that you should note is that it has a European House Adapter by default. This is not a huge problem though as I will also include a Boxwave Wall Charger that has the same output specs as the European House adapter.

This works since the GPS charges through a USB cable that then connects into either the Wall Adapter or the Car Adapter. As I said, I will also include a Boxwave Wall Charger so you do not have any problems charging.

there is a CF GPS which looks really good on buygpsnow.com for $80 from Haicom. It is out of stock but it might be something to look out for in the future.
