If anyone wants it.. Ive run out of fun:

it is an Axim x5.. the fast version. It works great, and comes with:

the Cradle/charger
a case
a 802.11 CF adapter Linksys
A new battery.. and an EXTRA new battery
All my stuff. Including Drivers, a NES emulator, and
a Car adapter, if I can find it.
It has WM2003 installed, as well. (ROM AO5)

So, like $80? Plus shipping?

You might have better luck posting this in the classifieds section. Scroll down on the main page until you see "Axim Hot Deals" and then go underneath the title, and you will see some little sub-forums, click on Classifieds. Just a suggestion so that you get more interested buyers.
