I'm no longer on Verizon, so I'd like to see someone make good use of my previous workhorse phone (I was the original owner since Nov. '07). I'm asking around $125 for the following items:
1. Verizon Samsung SCH-i760 CDMA Pocket PC phone (QVGA touchscreen is virtually mint, always used screen protector, comes with Boxwave screen protector preinstalled)
2. Standard and extended battery
3. OEM charger
4. OEM charger/adjustable USB dock
5. 3rd party USB dock
6. Verizon horizontal belt case
7. Software CD and manuals
Note: The bottom of the phone has some scuffing on the rubberized coating from use, and the plastic plug for the connector has detached but can still be inserted. It's not so noticeable unless you use a flashbulb to contrast the rubberized black with the black plastic shell it laminates.

Yay, a picture. Looks very nice. But I don't have the kind of money to replace my horrible Samsung Glyde.
I was thinking of saving up a bit for the LG Voyager. I know it's not the newest phone, but it's suits my purpose and taste.
Just wondering, how do you switch the owner of a phone?

I expect you could simply call Verizon and provide them with the specific phone information to transfer your existing number to it. Might be easiest to simply take the unit over to a Verizon store and have them do it. That's what I did when I switched from my V3m to the i760.

FYI, the OEM dock does rotate manually, and you can use it with the keyboard open to use the device while in landscape mode. The i760 has Verizon's stock WM 6.1 ROM on it as well.

This is still available, and shipping is included. Which is why I haven't moved it to the "Completed Deals" forum or deleted my thread.
My approximate location is indicated in the left side just below my avatar, or more specifically, near Cincinnati.

Interesting timing. I just ordered one of these. Found it on eBay for $118 brand new. I'm planning to replace my iPaq111 and Moto-Q 9c with it as soon as it arrives (provided that it is powerful enough to replace the 111). How did you like yours?
I liked mine a lot. I much prefer it's sliding keyboard mechanism to the Touch Pro's. It's qvga and lacks a GPS, but for a touchscreen smartphone it worked very well for me. I always used the extended battery and always seemed to have plenty of battery power. I think it's much better than my Fuze for one-handed use. The call/hangup buttons are placed such that I never had to change my grip to start/end a phonecall, when I wasn't using voicecommand. Verizon didn't seem to have as much bloatware on this phone as AT&T on some of their phones.

I must confess I'm tempted to buy. But that would be just wasting money.
I have a perfectly fine Samsung Glyde I got for free. It's a phone, albeit not a smartphone. I doubt that phone can play any 3D games, so I'll stick to my Glyde + Axim combo :)
Sorry, breley. If Dell ever comes out with an Axim phone, I would buy it without a second thought.

I was tempted to get this model phone as well, but something I read in another forum concerned me. I read in more than one area that this phone on Verizons network would require a data plan. That wouldn't work for me since my plan is through work and they have a "no data" policy. Unless someone has a suggestion to get this model phone on Verizons network, I dont think I'll be able to get one.
Thanks for the feedback. I should have it this morning.
You probably wouldn't be *required* to have the data plan but without one it doesn't make much sense to have one of these.
As for doing the cell phone / PPC combo ... I've been doing that for years. After getting the Moto-Q, though, I liked having phone/PDA together but the Q is a "lite" PDA. So I tried having my PPC/Q together. Too distracting. I'm tired of trying to manage (and carry) both. That Samsung looks like the perfect solution for me.
Dropping down to $75 shipped. I may wind up using this as a QVGA reference device if no takers.
