I'm selling my x51v, used lightly for only a year and then spent the last two years in a drawer. It's in fantastic condition, near mint. The screen has a BoxWave ClearTouch Crystal Screen Protector (was $11) that still looks great. The screen has always had a protector (actually this is the original protector, that's how little it was used. Currently has WM6.1 installed, one of the "Football" versions. $200obo. Paypal only (sorry, no e-cheques). Or we can meet in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Offers also accepted on the Rhinoskin and Sena cases.
My eBay account is "deluxe!" and I have been there since the 90's and have 137 seller feedback.
Comes with a Sena black leather case (was $44+$10 crazy shipping), these were the most loved cases by the masses:
Also comes with the original Dell slipcase and a black Rhinoskin case, both unused:
Here's the docking cradle/battery charger:
Here is the power supply and the portable charging adapter:
Even comes with the original manual, quick start guide, and unopened cd:
emeraldgirl if you are using Dialup you should go to the options page and untic the box for "Show images".
They will show up as links then and you can choose what you want to see.
You can also get rid of Avatars and Signatures if you want which should speed things up for you.
Quick Links/Edit Options/ Scroll down to "Visible Post Elements" and the three Tic boxes are there waiting for you.

The Following 2 Users Say Thank You to Box For This Useful Post:
I still think it's common courtesy to at least warn ppl that a big or a couple of big images are coming up. I remember when I had dial up and this page would have taken about five minutes to load. I'm not worried now b/c I have DSL.
Just suggesting is all.

Anybody unfortunate enough to be using dialup in 2009 is more than familiar with their browser's stop button. These folks are either tech challenged or incredibly cheap, and therefore not likely candidates for an electronic gizmo. If I was trying to hawk a box of Depends--my photos would be 320x240. AND I'D WRITE IN ALL CAPS.
I've got a connection that's like a Ferrari and a 1920x1200 monitor. This ad looks damn good. Even if you're at a lower resolution, this ad succeeds in showing you the detailed condition of the item, and that's more important than blowing up grandpa's internet connection.

Now, buy it.
Personally I'm neither cheap nor Tech challenged and I often have to use Dialup because of the locations I work in.
It is precisely that sort of person who often buys electronic gizmos because they are on the move and need something portable, and won't leaving it rotting in a draw.
Your images are unnecessarily large, I assumed from your images that you were a tech challenged grandma who didn't know how to resize images.
Most people know that when trying to sell something it's best to make it as easy as possible for people to see what you are selling, unlike here where the majority of people will have to scroll around to see the pics and read the text. But it works well on your screen so that's all that matters.
Oh well, good luck with your sale.

Actually, you might be surprised how many Fortune 500 companies have certain web page requirements that still target dialup speed users. It's a PITA to test to be sure, but the client is always right. We've developed a number of flash pieces for a certain big company in your neck of the woods famous for its da-da-da-dah! bong (no, no, not the collegiate varieties) where sub-DSL speeds were for a long time the norm.
FWIW, I'm not saying anyone is necessarily right or wrong here, but will throw in my 2 cents.
Personally I love to see well-done pictures, as these clearly are, but I typically view the site from a PC, as opposed to a PPC or Smartphone. I will say that in dlxmax's defense he did a very good job of compressing the images considering their size, and they came up pretty quickly for me on my 3G network on my X800. It's a tricky thing here because people want detailed images in classifieds to gauge the quality of what they may buy. Personally I would expect that I might come across larger images in the Classifieds section for that very reason, but the catch-22 is that many viewers are in fact on slower mobile networks, because not everyone is sitting at work with a custom-built Intel Core i7-920, 64-bit Vista with 6GB triple channel DDR3 memory, (pedestrian) nVidia GeForce GTS 250 1GB DDR3 RAM system on a T1 connection viewing the site.
However, dlxmax, I don't think anyone here was saying "Bad Poster!", nor was anyone whining. That is, I don't think anyone here was initially accusing you of wrongdoing per se, but merely offering constructive criticism to help you widen your target audience and reminding us that in some cases a link for large images or somewhat smaller images for a mobile site can be a good idea, since many users view the site via their mobile devices. This causes two things: 1) larger images take longer to download on many cell networks and don't always resize nicely depending on the browser, and 2) for users that don't have an unlimited data plan, large images negatively can impact their data limit pretty quickly (though as I said you did a good job of reducing the image filesize).
And now on with the sale...:approve:
As an aside, I'm sorely tempted since I love well-cared for Axim X51vs.

And I think your premise is wrong regarding those with dialup connections. Believe it or not, in many rural areas, that is all that is available. I recently visited a sister-in-law who lives in the Wisconsin hills, a very modern, progressive person, who could not get a fast DSL connection because the telephone company that provided her phone service did not provide it and no cable company serviced here area either. Her cell service at home was spotty and the only other option she had was a satellite connection which was ridiculously expensive.
Even with a fast DSL connection, I do not care for such huge pictures. Like Box, I tend to think people who post such big pictures don't know what they are doing...but I've been proven wrong. Now when I see huge pictures I'll think the poster either didn't know what they were doing, or else they are so egotistical they just don't care.
