Its pretty much like new, the screen is scratch free and its been babied. I have all the paperwork and the original boxes for it as well. It is the 400mhz version. I forgot to mention it but I have the original install disk as well as the 2003 upgrade cd's.

unfortunately this isnt an option now...I was intending to give my father my old clie..well not that old an nx70v. I had my x50v with me and he was very impressed..asked alot of questions...so now I am stuck with the clie and dad has the x5. Oh well at least it has a good home..now if i can just get him to stop calling me about it and just post questions here
