Anyway, for those of you who bought a Sony-branded MS Pro Duo, does it come with the MS adaptor used for readers? The reason I'm asking is that a lot of the people selling supposedly new MS Pro Duos say that theirs don't come with the adaptor. Is this because it's an overseas retail version or something?
They don't come with an adapter unless it says so on the box. Usually it's a little more for those packages and not available for 1gig or 2gig cards. I've only seen some 512 with the adapter included.

Do they sell them w/o the adaptor in the US, too? The reason I'm asking is that on the Sony site, the GB cards are listed with the adaptors as well.
Ever since this report: The Front Page there has been a lot of changes on memory stick prices, and they have dropped. Now do not pay anything over $60 for 512 and not over $80 for 1GB.
My suggestion is go with Sandisk MS DUO PRO 1GB with MagicGate, which has the fastest read/write speed in its class.
I noticed Amazon.com has some good deals on Sandisk Duo Memory
I really need a bigger stick (looking at 1-2gb (I only have the 32mb one)) it just angers me how much Duo is and that i already have 2x 1gb SD cards that I cannot use on my PSP...
I know what you mean.
Careful when you buy 2 GB, most of them have very slow read speeds. If I could find the fps benchmark I had somewhere around here for pmp format, you could try the stick you have.
