EA psp games WILL NOT play online
EA has apparently mis printed the online info on their games so we will unfortunately not be able to play online with them.
However if you do happen to have a game that is capable of online there is a nice FAQ here to help out.

And for tunneling, just as i use it on XBOX xlink will be my choice for tunneling the psp.

Heh, I can't get it to work. I've tried for hours, I'm going to give up. Anyways; Twisted Metal: Head On's online play is horrible for me. And they arn't EA. I really hope this isn't a hardware-based issue. NORTH AMERICAN PSP RECALL! ><

Xlink shouldnt make you open any ports, should just be install and reboot. Try Irc chat for help

What are the reqs ? I have a cable connection and a wireless router. No wireless card. Except for one downstairs on that other comp...

Umm yes but the game has to be online enabled. And seeing as EA won't be , then you will not be able to tunnel EA games. But you can use others.

Ohhh! yes yes. I always forget about the Ad-Hoc and Infrastructure modes hehe. Ad hoc for non internet playing and infastructure for internet playing so yes Ad Hoc can be tunneled. My bad.
