Apparently the Value Pack comes with a "game/music/movie/video sampler disc"? Is this a separate UMD than Spider-Man 2? If so I can't find it.

It comes in a little white sleeving. It's pretty lame, just has some music vids and some game/movie trailers on it. Nothing playable.

On an alternate concept, I am really curious about the ability to share content over wifi, I realize the limitations of doing this due to memory constraints; but I am thinking of how awesome it would be to say... Go into a sony store, and they will have small chunks of new games / samplers / etc being broadcast, you can try them out, and play against anyone else in the sony store.... just seems like an awesome concept to me.

Yeh definately but problem is Sony doesn't exactly have Sony stores, there are game stores and none are really setup as a meeting place for gamers. But it is a good idea I like it.

There are actually Sony stores? Ah cool I would like to see one. I didn't think of Sony having a store. But anyways yeh not very many I think it would be better for a place like gamecrazy to do this or one of those gaming stores.

I guess coming from one of the largest metropolitan areas in the states you forget that not everyone has the same stores/resteraunts as you. The Sony stores are really fun. Basically every product in the Sony line is all hooked up ready for you to play with.

On a side note, its was really fun to go up to the camcorders they have, focus camcorder A on camcorder B's screen, Camcorder B on Camcorder C's screen, etc.... looks pretty

I actually liked the sampler disc, as if you didn't get any of the bundle packs with games the Sampler disc gives you a sample of how good the video quality is, along with some new and old movie trailers.
I agree about the playable demos though, it sucks they don't give you any playable ones, but just game trailers.

O_O the demo disk doesnt have any playable demos?!

Was hoping for destruction with twisted metal demo and avoid buying that game. I thought it was supposed to come with like 4 playable and a bunch of videos.

That sharing thing I reacall reading an article about it being able to xfer some namco demos from the demo disk... might be legally gray but I wonder if Xlink would let you wifi something like that over the internet. I just really hope they implement some nice online features that will let me buy one game and send the multi part over to someone else to play.
