i have a pelican screen protecter but it bent. Now the protecter wont lay flat on the screen

I got a Clarivue (www.clarivue.com) anti-glare scratch pad, and if you apply them correctly, they work great. The PSP really already has a screen protector built in (since the lamination extends over the LCD) but that can still get scratched up as well, so these little rubber pads work nice.
