Psp Is Missing!!!!!!
the psp has so much to offer. but some ppl has been complaining about the sound. Using the USB sony should put an adaptor to hook up the psp to a TV. So we can watch PSP movies on the TV. SO its not an option of UMD or DVD. If they sell this adaptor i would rush to it. THINK of playing psp at home on a big screen tv LOL

The umd movie format is specifically sized to the psp screen. If you were to blow it up 10+ times to fit on a widescreen television, the quality would drop like a lead sinker in a body of water.

Televisions have (i think?) a 4:3 which is approx. 640x480 or even lower than that like 480x or something??

psp is approx 480x272 pixel display??

It would turn your PSP into a portable 'media center'...literally!

(just a 512mb mem stick=
I can have bout 12 mp3s,
5 low res TV episodes(25min each),
2 high res shows(25min each),
and have a dozen ultra-quality photos of my dogs,
and STILL have some room for even more mp3s or photos...)

they do sell a docking station that is called psp2tv. It's at www.modchipworld.com you have to take the psp apart and need knowledge of what you are doing, but it's worth it, i play gta:lcs on a 52" now it doesn't look to bad either, the docking station has rca outs and s-video out, also has a button to switch the screen from 4:3 to 16:9 i believe but i would have to look at the back of it. Also have a switch to make the buttons turbo and has a input to play your games with a normal ps2 controller. It's a nice investment in my opinion.

Why are you taking a handheld game and trying to make it into a tv top game system? Why not just get one of each, and use each for what it is best for?

Let me know when you can buy Smart Bomb, Mercury, The Con, do i really need to keep going, on ps2. That's why you turn it into it, it's fun to play games that are only on psp on a big screen.

The sound is really narly on the PSP. You're almost forced to use a headset because the speaker volume is so poor... it's sad.
