An NTSC broadcast uses 480 lines which is pretty much the same as the PSP.

PSP would look fine on a regular TV.

i think that's the first factual arguement FOR psp-tv that i've heard. I hope that that is the case, cause that'd be way cool

I don't think it's very likely though. The only output would be through USB or possibly wireless and I'd bet that that capability needs to be built into the hardware.

Some of the PSPs at E3 were outputting to monitors and what not, but my guess is that those were special PSPs.

Psp To Tv Adapter Cable?
Who of you people get tired of watching UMDs on a small widescreen? I do, so I want to know if Sony or the others make an adapter cable for psp so you can watch or play UMD movies and games on a big screen?

PLEASE TELL ME IF THEY EVEN PLAN ON MAKING THIS.

Yes, there are a few "CAMERA" based capture devices for PCP, but really all they do is capture what's on the screen in a dark place and feed it to TV..

PSP is not meant to be a full TV player, sure, it would be nice to have TV out, but it really comes down to the resolution and playability.. That's the reason GB or GBA did not have TV out... (Although I LOVED super Game Boy cartrdge!!!)
