This was already discussed on another topic with similar subject. I will search for you.
*merged

It seems like a lot of people are interested in hearing what majority of people think of as the best PSP game, therefore I will make this topic sticky for a while, if activity reduces, I will unstick it.

As of now, seems like Ridge Racers & Wipeout are two of the best games out there.

Sometimes reviews and sales rankings can fool people into thinking best seller game is also the best playable game.

Please keep inputting your comments

I still think that NFL Street is the best game for PSP, though I am limited to only 4 games so far and have not played Ridge Racer or Wipeout (mainly cause I am not a racing game fan) I think all sports fans will be pleased with NFL Street, just my thoughts though.

NBA Street Showdown is my favourite so far. Besides that, I have only played THUG and Gretzky Hockey(which are both excellent as well).

personally i have kinda been disapointed with the games that have come out for the psp...ive pretty much rented alot of the games for the psp and since i am a PC gamer i have pretty high expectations for games... a little too high...but i must say my favorite games have been Untold Legends and NFSU rivals. UT is like a diablo style game (hack and slash). NFUSR is a killer racing game if u like the NFSU series. Ridge Racers was the biggest dissapointment for me since the racing was unrealistic (not the graphics). although some gamers are i love with this game i really don't see why. there is a capcom fighting game (not sure of the title at this time) it is a pretty good game if ur into capcom fighting style games. but i found my fingers hurt after about 30 minutes of play (hafent had that happen since the original Nintendo).

if your into sports games i heard alot of my buddys tell me that the sports games arn't really that great unless u really love the sports.

there are more games i could comment on. i understand that there is only a few games out for the psp and the best is yet to come.

here is some advice i would like to give out to ever psp owner. RENT GAMES BEFORE YOU BUY THEM! i probably saved myself at least $200 by doing so.

for the record i have not played Wipeout. but i ahve heard great things...lumines is sort of like a tetris game (read reviews for more info)

im really tired so anything i put in this that might not sound right, my bad...lol...take it easy...(i just don't wanna read over what i posted)

^I agree with you when it comes to renting games, I actually haven't bought one game yet as I have Gaefly and I just rent games and return once I get bored of them, but I stopped buying games when I started Gamefly a long time ago so take for what its worth also though I really haven't played a game that I think is worth the $50 price tag or even $40 trust me guys Gamefly is worth it. :D

I use Gamefly and it really does take out the need for buying games. You can keep the games and when you get tired of them send it back and get different ones...

Hot Shots Golf Open Tee is awesome, i picked up a copy today. I've been playing it since =). Putting is a lot harder than i expected, im used to mario golf on gamecube and i figured it would be pretty close but its challenging. Definitely worth a purchase.

I like Tiger Woods a lot.

Hated Ridge Racer...that game is crap. NFS:U is OK, but it gets kinda difficult and repetitive after playing for a while.

Tiger Woods is pretty good, except for the load times, but it's bearable.

I've been enjoying NBA the most, I guess because it's the play-offs...

:)

Nope there is no limit to how long you keep them, you just get two out at a time and if you choose to keep the games for 4 months then thats fine with them, if you like the game enough there is even a keep it feature and they will send you the original case and game book.

Hot Shots Golf Open Tee is definetely my favorite game of the ones I have purchased.

I own: NFSU, DarkStalkers, Lumines, THUG2:R as well but HotShots is definetely my favorite.

I cant stand DarkStalkers, I only bought it because I was jonesin for my StreetFighter 2 fix on the PSP. Oh well, maybe someday.
