Is there no users here with this phone? I've had mine for about a week now, and love it. Have one issue with it, but I'm sure with time I can figure it out. Namely the radio for the internet keeps dialing out and picking up a broadband connection which drains my poor battery... Other then that, awesome phone.

Just wanted to see if anyone else had one, and what ya'll thought about it, or what you have done to yours to make it better, apps and tweeks wise.

I've had one for a year, or so. It's a decent Verizon phone but I would rather have more control over the WM environment. I have a CF03 ROM version, now, but found this version managed to break some things. Be cautious with the display. I managed to break mine just by laying on the floor with it in my pocket. The Verizon insurance carrier was easier to work with than Verizon.

I also have this phone and have had for about a week. I got mine used off of ebay for use with Page Plus Celluar, a pre-paid service which uses Verizon's network.

When I first got it, it was supposed to be new-in-box, but apparently Verizon sent them an open box instead. It was missing a few things, including the data sync cable. The phone seemed to freeze often when browsing over wifi and using File Explorer. I upgraded to Opera 10 and also when I got my cable, I formatted the My Storage area (using the PC). It's behaved much better since then.

I also changed over to SPB MobileShell and like that much better. Because I don't have a data plan, I've only used wifi, so I can't testify to the joys of cellular surfing. :)

It came with the CF03 ROM, by the way.

Have you checked out NoData on the Modaco forums? It's a free utility which allows you to shut off cellular data. Find it here.
