Not the most elegant solution, but there are altenative browsers that let you switch User Agent settings so that the REPORT button is available on your PPC (I use Netfront to perform this function ... like adding the thumbnails to this response directly from my X5)

Typically I use Pocket IE when viewing Aximsite. I find it snapper than Opera. I guess when I need to report something, its no big deal to hop over to Opera.
